Now this is gonna sound like the dumbest question ever, but im curious. So here it is. Everytime i wake up in the morning, i look in the mirror, my phsique seems to look awesome. I mean it looks fine during the day, but for some odd reason, when i first wake up, it seems to look even better. Why is this?

Partly cause your dehydraded, I THINK. You don't have alot of water in you, from respiration. This is why some body builders take deuretics(sp) stuff that helps you dry up, cause water is stored under the skin, and in skin itself. So by drying it up a lil bit , and the skin is "thinner" and shows off more muscles and veins etc.

thats the reason why...
and because you havent eat during 9 hours or so and you have nothin in your stomach so it is less "expanded"

Sometimes I lie awake at night and wonder where have I gone wrong? Then I hear a voice say this is gonna take longer than one night.
