hi. first time user here. recently lost 30 lbs in a few months time and would like to maintain. Have gained about 5 back and would like to strengthen and tone agressively. A mild form of Cerebral Palsy does affect my balance and strenghth on my right side of the body, but I am capable of doing most exercises-have use of all limbs...which is the best way to incorporate fitness program to work all areas? thanks for responding

mindigoblues - I worked with a lady in Charleston for a long time that had similar traits to you. I had been on free trainers for awhile and wasn't sure if their routines would work or not but we tried it and her gains were awesome. If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend you check them out.
