doing squats or hack squats with feet closer together...............same with leg presses feet closer together

The only thing moving your feet in does is apply more pressure to the IT band. Your muscle insertion points do not change by moving the feet in or out. What you have changed is the distance you have to travel with the bar so you are going to recruit more because you are performing more work. A wide squat and a narrow squat recruits the same basic muscles. I have seen IT Bands rupture with a stance that is too narrow with a weight that was too heavy.

I do the usual 90 degree angle. It's no need to go any lower. If you have any recommendation let me know.

Please clarify what you mean by "90 degree angle" and why you dont see any need to go lower.
