Ok, I hurt from my heels to my b-hole...I have been on the FT program for about 4 weeks now. I have done calve raises, seated calve raises, and B/W donkey raises throughout the routine. B/W donkey raises really didn't do much for me, so, two days ago when they were in my routine; I asked my wife to jump on my back. She's a little fire ball, so, weight shouldn't be the issue. I did my 4 sets of 20; held at the bottom for 20sec.on 20, and held at the top for 20sec. on 20...Why am I so damnnnnnnnn sore? Does this target the calves more so then other calf exercises?

Help!!!!Will I ever be able to walk normal again?

Please answer as soon as you quit laughing....

Sincerely,

The Hoobler

Very good. At least the donkey raises wre with your wife and not a 200lb guy.
You will feel better in the next 24-48 hrs. It is more effective because you are using more of your calves.
