I've noticed when working out that my left side really doesn't get as good of a workout. My right side of my body from upper neck down to my right buttocks is always sore and feeling the burn. Why is that? And to correct should I lift ligher wieghts with more reps to make both sides euqal strong?
Keep it the same, your going to always have a dominate side.....even crabs have one claw bigger than other. My right side is my dominate side, however my left quad is bigger but my right arm is bigger than my left.......however my left is just as strong just somtimes not as cordnated.
Work on stuff that will build cordnation on both sides.....do some one legged squats, one arm db bench pressing, one arm at a time curls or tricep press downs.
Starting out your left side well "feel weak" due to it not being used to bear alot of weight. Give it a few months, the left side will catch up I assure you.
