Okay, I'm not sure about this, but I want to lose weight... Last time I started eating better and exercising and everything, I lost 30lbs, but the problem is that it was mostly from my chest (boobs, whatever, sorry...) Now I'm kind of afraid to try to finish losing the weight, I've heard that just trying to lose weight in one spot is bad so what should I do? I wanna lose weight in my thighs and maybe my butt... Any ideas as to what I should do?

You can't just loose fat in one place, it comes from all over your body granted more in some places but it all just won't come from your thigh's. You answered your own question in the first line, A good sound diet with weight training and cardio.

That's right, you can't just lose fat in just one specific area of your body, it has to be from everywhere...One thing you could do instead of trying to lose weight and losing your "boobs" is try toning and building muscle in that specific area you want better looking. Now that, you can do. If you want better looking thighs and butt, then work them out and sooner or later you'll be satisfied with yourself.:big_smile:
