Help! I am on a month long business trip with 5 others. Our ghetto-fabulous hotel does not have a gym, not that I have figured out how to fit my workout into our long days anyway. We eat out every meal (I think I have gained 5lbs this week). I need some pointers, things I can do in my room, in the mornings I guess....maybe later in the evening. This trip is going to be the death of me! Help!

get up early ... jog....push ups.....run stairs.....jump rope...buy som excercise bands.......if you eat out.....get it grilled, take off the bacon,butter and sour creams, no maynonaises, ask for light dressing or fat free dressings.

look for local gyms in the area, hit up a grocery store and cook what u can for yourself, and bring doggie bags wherever you go (trail mix is great to stave off hunger)
