hey, I'm new to this whole website...and I just created my personal nutritional plan...and it says that I should intake 400 grams of carbs a day! That seems like WAY too much. Has anyone followed the nutritional plans provided on this site? If so, let me know how it worked for you!

My plan says about 310 grams of carbs. I am okay with that because most think that carbs are only breads, grains, rice, and pasta but it is also in many fruits and vegies. That adds it up pretty quick.

If you stick to whole grain pastas and breads and brown rice the carbs will be more beneficial by keeping you feeling fuller longer. (It takes longer for the body to break them down.) Carbs also provide the energy we need to do the workouts.
