I posted be4 but nothing seems 2 work and I really can't afford going on a "Speacialized Plan".I gained alotta weight after the depo shot I stopped taking it June/04 I'm 260 and very unhappy.I used 2 be 160lbs I've tried everything and its not coming off can someone help?:(

Manda your first post was only a month ago. Why don't you outline here exactly what your exercise regime is and also post a typical days nutrition. Be specific and we can help you tweak everything. Don't be discouraged, that just delays the work.

dont fret, just have patience.... it takes years to change shape. i was about 225 pounds and now remain a pretty constant 175 to 180. It's been about 2 years of learning to not diet at all. but to change my lifestyle.
and change doesn't work for a fixed mind that believes in short term fixes. when you say you can't afford a specialised plan do you mean money or time. it can't be money as healthy food is cheaper than the average diet from lifestyle changes we do here. i mean breakfast should be oats - how cheap is that. fresh fruit and veg, pasta, rice is so cheap.. and running/walking/cycling is free as there is no congestion charge on it.

don't say ''but i don't like cabbage'' or ''i cant run'' because the answer is then stay fat and unhappy, be ill, have a stroke, die younger than you would, be deppressed etc...

make some small changes, like cut back on wheat and meat, add in cereal and fruit, buy a smaller plate, plane 6 daily meal times, call an apple and a yogurt a meal or a slice of toast with sardines- kick start with 2 weeks on an atkins style diet. best of luck, keep posting and win slowly
