Over the passed few years I have noticed that I am becoming less and less interested in eating. This all began a few years ago when I would skip lunch every so often, now it's gotten to the point where some days I won't even eat a whole meal. Just to clarify, the reason I started skipping lunch had nothing to do with losing weight. Somedays I will decide that it is time to get back on track with my eating schedule, but after breakfast I will already be full and the thought of having lunch makes me gag. Has this happen to anyone else? I'm not sure what to do about this.
Yes I've been in a constant battle with depression over the last few years. As far as my weight, I would say it has pretty much stayed the same. I have lost about 10 pounds over the last 2 months from going to the gym.
