I was thinking of taking NO-Xplode and while I know you are supposed to take it on an empty stomach I was wondering if it would hamper with it's intended effects if I had a protein shake about 15 mins afterwards. It takes me about 30 mins to get to the gym so I figure why not consume the shake on the drive to. Thanks.

To add a little more detail, I don't want to take creatine as every time I have it's caused severe stomach problems. I can't remember one of the types of creatine I tried but the last one I did was the micronized version.

Then that may nix the whole use of that...depending on how much creatine is in there. I'll probably see about getting some samples before I even think of buying some.

Its only a small amount of creatine in it and never messed with my stomach...I would take the protein drink 1 hour b4 you take the noxplode.I eat a meal then 2 hours later take noxplode then work out 30 minutes after that.
