Is there any way to customize your workouts. For instance I can't lift on some of the days it says I should. I can on other days that it says I should rest. What if I add sets or other exercises to my workout? It doesn't look like it is very customizable. Any suggestions?

Welcome AaronC.

ft does not allow you to select your days.. just the amount of days. I think the days are organized specifically to work.. same with the set and reps. They are designed accordingly to your profile. But you can chage them around as you like for yourself - they may just not be as good.

email exercise@freetrainers.com for help!

Good Luck!

You can e-mail exercise@freetrainers.com and they can help you. I don't know which program you have but I'm sure you can switch day to accomidate you, but be sure you get enought rest.

as far as the exercises go...it ok to add exercises to those already assigned to u..I for example work my forearms with the biceps and my lower back on back day although they are not part of the assigned program...I also work my inner/outer thighs on leg day.
