I just joined ft,and I am really glad I did.I have been working out for about 2 months now and have been searching for a routine.This is great I start my ft program Monday and I am looking forward to it.I have been reading some the posts on the message board and I am impressed with the peaple here.100% support ,and at least 99%freindly(with the one or two people that really do not belong here or anywhere for that matter LOL).Just wanted to say thanks in advance and I am here to stay...........

Great hope you make your goals... whats your diet look like.. as it said in your profile your looking to 'lose your gut'.. and make sure you do some cardio 3-4 times a week...

Well when I started working out I had been drinking a ton of soda everyday,thats gone.Now that I am on water it seems like I cannot get enough,My wife thinks it's funny that I will not go anywhere with out My water bottle.As for as food goes I have been trying to watch my diet but really had no Idea what I was doing.ft has given Me great imfo on nutrition though and We will see what results we get.
