I don't know where to start
I am prior military, and I mostly work out, for the health benifits. I am not saying that I was perfect before the military but after multiple deployments, working out 5-7 with a consistant schedule helps deal with stress.
I am doing the gym training work out for 3 days and cardio for 3-4 days. (Depending how my legs are feeling)
I just now recently started watching my calorie intake to drop about 15 lbs and I just started keeping up with my cardio ( I just been keeping up with strength training 3x a week)
My weightloss goal is about 1-2 pounds a week, just from watching what I eat, limiting empty calories and watching calories.
