Hello everyone. I am new to this community and loving how things look so far. I stumbled upon this place by accident and count myself lucky.

I'm a 19 year old female university student looking to increase my strength, endurance, flexibility, lose a bit of weight and tone my body. Right now I walk a lot and try to work out at the university fitness room as much as I can.

I've always thought having a personalized exercise plan for myself would be great and this is the place where I can get one. I've been also looking for motivation. It would be great if there was an online personal trainer I could talk to online. Well, I should get going, have a nice day everyone ;)

Welcome to ft! You should find that the knowledgable people here far surpass those of a personal trainer. Feel free to ask anything and peruse the boards for other helpful hints.
