Hello all. I have always been interested in the sport of Power Lifting but was unsure of how to get started. I have been lifting off and on for awhile. I know my way around the gym, so that is not a problem. I was wondering where some good sources of information regarding specific routines were. Also supplements for this sport, what kind if any? I am 33, so a little late in the game. Just want to finally get into this. Thanks in advance.
