workout 1)chest/ back (super sets)

incline dumbell bench press/reverse grip or regular lat pull downs

flys incline /reverse flys

dips head down/close grip t bar

workout 2 legs/biceps
below paralell squats( smith machine)high reps low weight
power squats ( heavy)
one leg leg extensions
leg press( high reps)
barbell curls
doubel bicep curls in 2 towers
mutlti incline curls
rope pull downs ( triceps)
work out 3 shoulders/tris
upright rows
shrugs
cleans
alt one arm arnald presses( cleans r taken out every other week and put in are regular military and arnolds are taken out)
behind the neck presses( light)
side raises
work out 4 " THE CORE"
DEADLIFTS
HAMSTRINGS

FORARMS

my question isos wprk out 4 a good work out? and if not any better splits or should i seperate back and chest ?

Ok...there is a slew of exercises here and I'm not sure if you plan to do them all on the same day. If so, this will be a 4-5 hour workout (LOL).

Anyway, as far as back and chest, I would suggest separating the two. The reason is because your arms are the support muscles for working out back and chest, which are larger muscles. You will most likely tire your arms out before you can properly affect either of these muscles.

Hope this helps...
