no ones posting any more in the 25 and under chat so i can here to post too ..............i hit a new max rep weight....i did 450 for 4 clean reps, after that i tried 485 for one rep but all the bar did was bend lol didn't even budge it, guess next time i won't do 5 sets of deadlifts b4 i max huh? lol i'm hoping here in a few months or so i can hit the big 500! just thought i share it with everyone
