I am starting a new program to gain weight. My program consist of upper and lower body exercises on the same day 3 days a week, 1 set, 8-10 reps of my heaviest weight. Will i be able to reach my goals with this program and a proper diet?
The diet is the key but I'd give some more thought to your work out program. Have you looked at the exercise programs here on FT. I may have read your post wrong but it sounds like you're doing a full body routine 3 days a week.
