hi my name is andrew i am 6 foot 2 and i weight about 275 pounds.. i know way overweight my goal is to lose about 75 pounds and i need some information on how to get started. What kind of exercises should i be doing to burn fat off... what workout progam should i join on here. i downloaded all the workout dvds i could think of like insanity , turbofire, turbojam, etc. my goal is to get great abs as well so what kind of exercises should i be doing.. how many reps and sets each
