Hello everyone,I am new to this site and i hope this is going to be my last weight loss site :). well my problem is my belly!i have lost about 15 kgs last year(solely due to running+ 0 junk food) but still have that huge belly ?well i am 5'9,70 kg and according to calculators its my ideal weight ?i want to know whether i should continue running inorder to lose my belly and love handles..my only worry is that i should not become about 60 kgs..then i will face a new problem, weight gain!and also any good vegetarian diets ?

You don't have much information for us other then your wieght and height. What gender are you? How old are you? You should fill out a profile so we can be more help.

Diet is a very good place to start for weightloss. You should check out the Diet and Nutrition Forum for ideas on what you should eat, how often and how much. Bodybuilders Grocery List sticky is an awesome resource!

Cardio helps with weightloss, but weightlifting and building muscle does a far better job of it. Did you know for every pound of muscle you have you burn 50-60 calories for doing nothing? If your doing cardio I have read that low intensity or HIIT are the best for fat loss.

As for the vegetarian diet, unless you have issues with eating meat, I wouldn't bother. Lean protiens are very important for anyone exercising.
