I started getting back into fitness at the beginning of September when I joined a Bokwa class.  The first few weeks were enjoyable but as I'm not the most co-ordinated, probably a bit comical too.  Over the weeks I have definitely noticed my fitness levels improving alongside my co-ordination.  As a result of this I have been walking at least two miles a day and in the last two weeks have been able to run for part of the distance.

The frustrating part is apart from a tighter bum, I don't seem to be shedding any weight.  I eat pretty well and I like to cook everything fresh.  My plan then is to up the exercise particularly to get rid of my caterpillar back and jelly belly.

I hope someone on here can give me some motivation and inspiration. :)
