I turned 39 in September and my goal is to get in shape before I am 40 hahaha. Hard enough goal!
Anyway, I like to exercise at home, got some discipline there. My main problem is nutrition. I like my pastas and bread, so if anyone can turn that into a healthy diet, which is easy to make, I think I'll have discipline enough to follow that through too.
