back training after few months off due to illness and lack off time, last summer i was 16half 17stone pure muscle low body fat, training doing four to five exercises per body part and 4 x10 reps an my cardio was shovelling in work , as i was working out doors i wen the winter come i cought the flu and couldnt shift it for months , still holding good size but put sum fat on to, just need to get back to wat i was, muscle definition every where. advice gratefully accepted
