Hi everyone! I haven't been on this site in many years... I had totally forgotten about it till now...
My question is this... I have lost about 35 pounds, but still have another 30-35 to go and I am COMPLETELY stuck! I have tried everything in the book; eat less, eat more, change exercises, do different stuff, eat better, sleep more, sleep less, I even joined a running class and just finished with 4 months of that... nothing I do seems to help, and I've been stuck at this plateau for probably 6 months now...
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I would greatly appreciate them... =)
