I started a exercise routine here just over 2 weeks ago. I did really great for the first 2 weeks but I am loosing my modivation. I have just been diagnosed by my dr. with endometriosis. And I think that has something to do with my lack on my routine the last few days. I need some support. My family all tells me that yes it is SO good that I am trying to get into shape but no one ever is willing to really support me by asking how I am doing. I have a wedding to attend at the end of May and I need to loose about 20 lbs before then. Or atleast be on my way to that. I am not wanting to be a bodybuilder but I do want to tone up. My daughter is 13 months old and I am trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy body but it has turned out to be very hard.

Thanks for any help or support,
Holly

Hey Holly....soooo.....how are you doing?:)

Yes, the two week hump is hard, but you can get over it! For myself, it has always been at this point that I am most tempted to let any and everything become a way out..you know, a way to quit, a way to put it off until "things get better".

It is also the point where I could kill for a KK donut, but that's kind of a personal problem.

Anyway, my point is that you should push through this and not let anything get in your way. Not the lack of family support, not the endometriosis, not anything.

Besides....at the end of the day, it's all about how much YOU want this and if you want it, you can have it.:dumbbell:

Welcome to FT and please see to it that you fill out your profile. It's important for the rest of us who want to get to know you and help you.
