Hello everyone,
I am Mari and I am 32 yrs old. I been on a lot of diets in the last 12 years and this time, I decided since short cuts aren't working, I am doing it the right way. I was never this big, EVER. I was always pretty healthy, until of course I had kids. Now, I am working out daily atleast 30 minutes cardio and weight lifting as well approx 25 minutes. I am also using the sauna for 20-30 minutes a day. Hopefully that should it. I am watching what I eat. I have reduced to approx 1500 a day. I guess that's pretty much it in the nutshell. oh and I just started it this week. Any tips from those of you who know would be appreciated. Also, how long did it take for you all to get results? Any of you taking any supplements that are helping? I eat breakfast before I work out, is that ok?
I appreciate any input.
Thanks!

Well first off, congratulations for changing your lifestyle.
You will find the exercise along with proper diet and perserverence will get you to where you want to be.
The only thing I would suggest to you is to up your calorie intake.According to the weight you mentioned in your profile, and with 1500 calories a day, you are almost starving your body.
You should be at at least 3350, and that is mimimum st stay healthy and supply energy throughout the day for yourself.
It sounds like a lot, but if you eat healthy ALL the time, and at least 5x a day, you will see a change, and get even more motivated than you are right now.
