Ive gained almost 50 pounds at my non-active job.My pant size is up to a 36 from a 30 and i finnaly decided to do something. Eating right is really hard to do because their is free food all day long... every break i have,:(:( i get board and eat. most of waight is in the "stress" areas and i need a good program to get me back in shape

I find the best way to resist eating junk food is to simply make sure you're full from healthy food. For example, a 4 oz chicken breast + two cans of green beans is only around 250 calories, yet after that and a medium glass of water, I'm pretty close to stuffed.

Fiber is your friend when it comes to resisting food temptations. Green veggies and non-instant whole oatmeal are fantastic for filling up without a lot of calories. Not the most appealing at first, but you eat them for long enough and it becomes normal to the point where you don't even think about junk food anymore. At least that's the way it is for me.
