Hi I'm an 18 year old male looking for a trainer willing to help someone out of personal satisfaction. Personally I have no means of payment. But i really need to find someone who would be willing to help someone to become fit. I need someone to be accountable with and someone who knows what they are talking about. This website is a great idea but i need someone who is willing to take it a step further, hopefully. If you are willing i would be extremely grateful for your kindness. hey, frnds plz help me out, that  iam 22 years old boy with 163 pounds and hoping to loose upto 140......? and i regularly practising YOGA and finally decided to go on with CARDIO simultaneously i mean after YOGA can i perform CARDIO workouts or not? and i also wants to know that Cardio will be better than strength training to loose weight as some frnds says cardio will not work better and had many adverse effects does it true or not? plz justify me thank you.............................
