Im shipping off to bootcamp on oct4th...Im currently 5'6 180...26% fat...Less then a year ago I was 190 with a 18% body fat...LOL...I quit my job where I had access to a 24/7 gym...Im willing to put the work in just need some tips on how to loose body fat %...All I use to do was be a meat head...an gain muscle...not to good on loosing the fat...Im good a gaining it though:)...any help would be appreciated...
