Hey, I'm 16 Years Old.. I'm About 5'10 Weigh 210 Lbs.. I Was On A Low Carb Diet Last Year And Was Down To 175.. But Lost Interest And Gained It All Back And More (ANGERRRRRR)

I Just Need Some Help To Lose Weight, And Exercizing Help And Eating Habits.. Thanks

(I Also Play Basketball Mon-Fri, And Weight Lift (or try, try to be dedicated but im not THAT dedicated, its hard) Mon-Fri Too..)
