Hello everyone. Ive been lifting off and on for a year and a half and have been seeing really good results. However, my left pec is developing a stretch mark that is beginning to come visible from the front. Why is it there and what can i do to stop it?? Any help would be great because im clueless. thanks
I've heard that cocoa butter helps but to be honest, I don't think there is anything you can do. I tried it all when I was pregnant and still got them in my love handle area.
