Would having 3 of these per day be too much? I am thinking about having 1 for each of my 3 "snack meals" and regular protein foods at my other 3 "regular" meals. Do you think this would be okay or should I have "real" protein/carbs for my smaller meals?

No, if you can afford this, then that is a very good strategy to aid in getting your protein and carbs for the day. The great thing about MRP's is that they are CONVENIENT! It can be a hassle to carry real food around all of the time, with the myoplex, you just need a shaker cup or a tupperwear bowl so you can mix it into a pudding.

I found a place here in Houston that has it at a very good price, so, let's put it this way I WILL afford it because it is so convenient. I got the new Tropical Flavors and am going to have Peaches 'n Cream as a pudding before I leave for home.

Hey Deby. Just wanted to add my input. My roomie was using the Lite version while I was on the normal version. Worked wonders for her! Hope it does the same for you!

PS try the chocolate lovers pack... yummy

Thanks drio! I hope it does too, I keep working out HARD and I am not losing weight. I have really cleaned up my diet and am now trying the Myoplex. I want to lose about 50 pounds and am "killing" myself working out but it is not happening!! My trainer was pleased when I told him I am using Myoplex. I was told making the Chocolate into a pudding was really really good

Well keep at it deby! It'll happen!

My roomie actually lost about 70 pounds I think... and she's all of like 4'8"... so you can imagine what a change she's gone through. It happened over alot of time.. and alot of sweat. It's amazing.. she also had her family genetics really working against her too.. if you catch my drift. Very proud of her. I should get her involved in this site actually.

Yes you should drio!! I have family genetics against me too but, at least, I am 5'5", I have that on my side. I told my trainer last night that I want to lose 50 lbs by September, he just laughed and said "I'm trying"! So am I.

Deby, I use myoplex as my MRP of choice. What I do though to save money is to buy the reg myoplex and cut the portions in half. If you read the stats it all comes out the same.
