Ok Guys, I hit another snag. I been reviewing my workout plans and Well I have a Fitness and lifestyle management class mondays from 12:30 to 2:30. And during the 1:30 to 2:30 part of the class we do weight lifting and stuff, but the equipement the school gym has right now Cannot support te workout plan FT has provided me with. For that mater the equipement offered at the school is very primitive right now. No free weights just a handful of machines. Anyways I have to do a pretty good all round workout during that hour each mondyay and i usually am too tired or sore to go to my gym for the workout planned by FT. What can i do? Should i just skip mondays excercise? Keep in mind that the excersises i do at the school usually target all muscles so its not like I am missing working the muscles, they just get worked less then the others. What do you think?

have a look at all the various work outs on this site and trawl the web for more. There are so many variations on working the same muscles, that no matter how primitive your gym, you could tweak your workout to make it more demanding.

I also had a class similar to yours. It was an exercise leadership class. Every class we worked out whether it was cardiovascular, weight training or both. I simply ate a small meal, usually a protein bar right before. When we worked out, I simply didn't exert myself to the max. I would do really light weight and body weight exercises, this seemed to work just fine and didn't have any negative impact on my regular training.

Thanks dehayz .. I'll try that, because I really don't like skipping my FT program workout. The FT program gives me a much better workout. I will try the protein bar before class and working with light weights .. sorta make the class my warmup session.

============= Well, I prefere free weights and my school gym offers nothing near free weights and the machines they have look to be over 50 years old if not older. The exercises they offer are trivial. I'll look around though.
