Hi everyone. 
Please give advise or comments on my program that I'm currently doing.
30 min treadmill
3xsets of leg raises
3x sets plank 
3 sets of crunches
3x se5ts push ups
Then hitting weight machines. We don't have free weights at the gym
Doing 3 sets of all the machines we have

cardio after weight trainin is better. helps

it is true, save the cardio for last, and i wouldnt put both leg and arm exercises into one workout session, rotate it so one day your doing legs and the next day your doing arms, you'll get alot more done so your not going in the gym and doing a full body workout while sore, it will give your muscles a little time to rest before you work them again.
