howdy, for the past few months i have been weightlifting, just after finishing my senior football season I'm 17 6'3'' and weigh 220, my highest max bench press was 200lbs. when i was 200lbs. I have had the hardest problem even getting past 185 since the season ended, I had a rotator cuff injury in my left arm and had dislocated it during the season. I have mostly been doing 3x3's incline bench press, lots of arm work biceps, triceps, forearms.

I feel that i have a muscle imbalance between my left and right arms, my right arm being stronger even my coached noticed. How do fix that? when i do exercises with my shoulders my left one is tired many times quicker than my right. Should I ask my doctor about this??

HELP!!!!!

well if your right handed it will be a bit stronger. This is your dominant arm and you use it in day to day life more frequently. To bring the left up to speed use dumbells more because the isolate the individual limb. good luck - Mike

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain
