I am a 24 year old female and I am looking to be serious about my training in the gym. I need help with my motivation getting me to the gym... also advise on nutrition/recipies. Food is my biggest downfall. I am looking to lose about 10 lbs and tone up and am interested in competing in bodybuilding competitions in the bikini division. I would like someone that is willing to give me the pep talks I need and any advise!!
