Hey everyone- My goals for this week are pretty similar to all other weeks. Get to the gym 4 times- (had a good workout this morning so I'm off to a good start) and of course healthy eating. Spent the weekend visiting friends in Duluth so I didn't eat the greatest, but oddly enough I lost 2 pounds by the time I got back...weird.

Hey Hey everyone!! Looking forward to a good week. Found out yesterday that I will coming on full time at my job, so will have to move my workout times around, but I am excited because it meanss that the winter months won't be quite as bad financially. Also, my husband told me that if I continue to work out and see some serious weight loss progression, that we can seriously start thinking about having a baby!! Woo hoo!! Sooo, today I will lift weights, and eat my veggies!!! :big_smile:
