Free Trainers does a great job building out my gym training schedule but the resources for diet/meal schedules is on hold. Does anyone have a good, free, site that they know of that can help plan out my meals to help me hit my goals?
Weight Watchers is not free but they do have a very reasonably priced onine program. I think that it is $20/month. They have all kinds of recipes available. What I like is that it is easy to track my food intake even when I am on the go. They have a pretty good mobile app that is included in the online program. The program doesn't eliminate any foods. Rather, they leave it up to you how to spend your points. And no, I don't work for them. I have been a member for the last 6 months with good results.
