Max effort exercises

I change my max effort exercises every 3 weeks. I chose exercises that will improve my weaknesses. Check the ones I have posted under this forum for bench, squat, deadlift, and goodmorning variations. I follow the same scheme for these as I do on the floor press. I'll do triples and until I feel like doing singles and then work to a heavy single stopping when I feel I couldn't get another one.
