it's for my dad, he's 57, and he's been walking a lot but complaining that he's not losing any weight.. I told him he should do some strength training as well. I'm looking for a good men's health magazine to get him, to help him out.. any recommendations? I know there are quite a few, but I wanted to get personal opinions.

Thanks.
