Hey all! I'm new to the boards and working my way around. :-)
This is my first most important topic. My tummy. I posted a pic of my upper and lower stomach on my profile.
I have the loose skin issue that many people seem to get after weight loss. I really don't like it at all. But I know that outside of surgery there isn't a whole lot I can do. So I thought if I fill it in with some muscle it might look a bit better. Even a small difference would help me mentally. Because some days when I see it I wonder what the point was of getting fit when my body still grosses me out.
But I don't know how to do that. I don't know exercises that target that area specifically. I stumbled on this site while googling lower ab workout and I'm happy I did!
Any advice would be great! Thanks. :-)
