hello everyone, just writing to inquire about the opposite of what most people are asking about. over the winter i have gained alot of muscle. this would be a good thing, but i'm training for the military and i need lean muscle not show muscle. right now i weigh about 190 or so, but i know my optimal weight for running and moving my body around is about 165. my body fat is around 10%, so i do have some winter insulation to shed. i run, cycle, and swim, but if anyone has any good workouts in the gym for switching to lean mass; i would much appreciate it. sorry for the freakin novel here.

your 190 10% body fat? You don't have any body fat to loose?
Just runand sprint and turn your show muscle into usable muscle.
