My name is Justin and I am a personal trainer certified by the NASM and I have a challenge for those who want to shed some extra pounds, tone their body's, or make big changes in their health styles to lose a lot of weight. This challenge lasts only 90 days and can be completed by anyone. The best part about it is that there is no exercise required!
