If you only had $30-$40 every two weeks to buy supplements what would you buy?

Thanks, I have been using a protein shake and power bars. But good Creatine costs approx. $50-$60 here in Canada! Haven't checked out Glutamine yet.

The meal replacements aimed at bodybuilders seem high priced.I think I'm going to compare prices/contents between those and products like Boost and Ensure tomorrow.I'm hoping that I can save a little cash and still get basic nutritional needs met.I figure it would be worth experimenting.
