can someone please give me a leg routine. the leg routine i have now isnt that good..i hav never squated before.
so can some tell me hwo to start. and can u please increment spauts into the leg routine....

hack squats or leg press......3x12( warm up)
squats....10 10 8 8 6
leg extensions 3x10
ham curls one legged 4x12
stiff legged deadlifts 3x10
end with hack squts if you did leg press, end with leg press, if you started with hack squats.
