Hi there!

I was wondering something. I am an 5'10'' 18 year-old male. I weigh 195lbs.

According to mybodycomp.com, I am at around 18.8% bodyfat.

According to another one (healthcentral.com), I am at 14.1%. (It measures four sites on the body... Abdomen, waist, forearm, and wrist.)

Could anyone tell me which one I should trust? Does mybodycomp.com sometimes read too high, or is it the most accurate tape-measure bodyfat percentage testing website out there?

Thanks in advance!
Colin

I would say mybody is more accurate because of the many measuring points being considered.
Just stick with the one you prefer and use it as a guide.
