I don't know if I have a knee problem or not. My knees don't ache, but it one feels like the upper leg is slightly detached from the lower leg. Also, when i sit for a long time it the same knee somewhat stiff. I was wondering what should I be looking for or are there any problems to be aware of?

I would say go to a chiropractor or a physical therapist to see what is wrong with the knee. A good chirpractor will even set it for you. I would also purchase a cheep brace to help comfort and cradle the knee. It may be just slightly out and in that case you maybe able to fix it with just one to two visits to the chiropractor. Half an hour before you go to the chiro. place an ice pack on the knee to help alleviate any swelling that may be there...as this will help the Dr. make a better diagnoses and will add in quiker treatment. Good luck.
