Hey I know this must be a retarded question, but its 11:30 pm and I don't know if its listed anywhere, so I was wondering if I could maybe just ask.

When on the Nutritional Plan, it gives you the ammount of point you should have, is that how much you should eat daily, or how much your max is?

I was reading a post ealier today and it said that the points are a bit over-done, so I was just also wondering if that was still in-tact or they fixed that?

As far as I know, it still needs to be "fixed". It is just a guide. And by the way, there are NO stupid questions. Welcome to FT!

Okay thanks for the warm welcome, and wow do my muscles hurt. I just got up today and I tried getting out of bed and I didn't want to lol.

I was wondering if anyone else out there could answer my other question ?

"When on the Nutritional Plan, it gives you the ammount of point you should have, is that how much you should eat daily, or how much your max is? "

Answering it would be great, so I can get this nutritional plan on the roll, also I would like to know if going in the Hot-Tub would be a good way of relaxing your muscles, or is there any other better way?

The nutritional guide lines are guidelines. Start out using the amounts as stated. If you gain weight after a week cut back about 250 cals per day. The protein/carb/ fat ratios should be kept as you adjust.

As far as soreness, get back in the saddle and go. That works for me and I'm a geezer. It will pass. It really helps folks here to help you if you fill out your profile with things like age height, weight, goals etc. Welcome to FT.

Hot tubs are wonderful inventions.

Darn I feel really welcome to this place, and I will make sure I fill out my profile. Thanks for helping me figure out the nutritional program. I really enjoy counting and finding out what these wierd names mean on labels! Awesome. Thanks.
