I just started juicing to add more fruits and veggies to my diet. I'm just wondering how caffeine impacts the nutrients I'm getting from juicing. I guess my question is if I have a cup of coffee and then juice, will I be losing a lot of nutrients? Should I drink the juice first and then wait an hour or two for coffee? Any help is appreciated!
